religious importance.

Bhaironath Temple |
It is a small temple
about ½ Km from main temple. It is believed that during winter when lord
Shiva shifts to Ukhimath, Bhaironath
protects the land from evil spirits. |

Samadhi of Sankarcharya |
Just behind the
main temple, a memorial of Sankaracharya
is situated. The Adi Guru left for his heavenly abode at this
place at the age of 33 years after completing his mission. |

natural surroundings with crystal clear water.
